Refund policy
- Notification of defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that does not match what was ordered, you have the right to request a return within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the shipment.
- Original condition of the product: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Products showing signs of use will not be accepted.
- Return period: Within 24 hours of the date of receipt.
- Shipping costs: The customer bears the shipping fees in cases of returns. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: The policy does not include peeling gloves and products that have been damaged due to improper use or modification after receipt.
